Age and background
Applicants should be 21 or over, but in exceptional cases we are happy to consider younger candidates. There is
no upper age limit. We welcome all applicants - no discrimination is made on gender, age, race, marital status,
language, cultural, social or religious background, physical, sensory or intellectual difficulty, sexual
orientation or HIV status in our admissions process.
Although Grange Court does not have wheelchair access, we welcome applications from students with disabilities
and we will make any adjustments we can to make sure our training is inclusive. Successful candidates in the past
have included those with hearing impairments, visual impairments, multiple sclerosis and ME. Students with
dyslexia have access to extra classes. All students have a personal tutor and access to a trained counsellor.
For applicants with English as a second language, it is emphasised that full fluency in English is required for
all the courses.
Medical and disabilities
You will be asked for details of your medical history relating to injuries or illness, on the application form.
This information is held in strictest confidence, and does not influence your offer of an audition in any way.
