Our staff know the profession from top to bottom and bring passion, commitment and integrity to their work. Our style of teaching is not to impose methodologies but to point students in the right direction, helping and encouraging them to discover for themselves the skills and knowledge they require. We aim to bring out the best in every student, welcoming and promoting their individual talents.
Our staff value the diversity of our students. They do not discriminate towards people on the basis of gender, age, race, marital status, language, cultural, social or religious background, physical, sensory or intellectual difficulty, sexual orientation or HIV status in any activities in the school. They encourage students to introduce elements of their ethnic, social and cultural backgrounds to many areas of the training.
The lack of formal approaches and rigid structures is in contrast to more traditional training. It leads to truthful acting and confident actors.
