Summer School: How To Apply

Course Dates & Fees 2021 

Location: Drama Studio London
Course duration: One or Two weeks*
Dates: Monday 9 - Friday 13 August and/or Monday 16 - Friday 20 August, 9.45am - 5.15pm daily.
*This course has been designed in such a way that participants may book for just one week OR both.

Course Fees

Two weeks: £900


Fee is payable upon application. These fees relate to sterling transactions only. For non-sterling payments please add the equivalent of £20GBP to cover bank charges and administration costs.

If you withdraw earlier than 4 weeks before the course start date we will refund the course fee minus a £50 administration charge. The full fee is non-refundable if you withdraw within 4 weeks of the start date. There is no VAT charge on this course.

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • English Language MUST be strong enough for you to speak, read, write, listen and comprehend without the need for any class to slow down for you. As a guide, you should be at IELTS level 4.5 or above/CEFR level B1 or above. If your English is not strong enough you will struggle on the course.

How to Apply


No audition is required. All applications should be made via our Online Application Form

Places for these courses are limited to 12 and are booked on a first come first serve basis. Applications will close when all our places are filled. Please note: the course will only run on sufficient numbers and if cancelled by Drama Studio London all payments will be refunded.

Non-UK students can take this course as part of their travel to Britain under the following terms. Non-EU students may need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa to stay in the UK. Find out more and apply here.

Upon applying and paying the course fee you will receive a confirmation of studies letter confirming your place on the course.


Please note that courses remain subject to change. Events may arise outside the reasonable control of Drama Studio London which lead to changes to courses and may force us to provide the course in alternative ways, such as through online teaching. Such events may include industrial action, civil disorder, severe weather, pandemic and changes in applicable laws and/or safety requirements.

In the event of DSL being unable to run parts or the whole course on a face to face basis, you will be offered an online option. If you decline to attend the online course, we will offer a credit note to book on another one of our part time courses within 12 months (this includes Evening Courses, Summer Schools, Writing Courses, Online courses).

Refund minus admin fee (£50) will be considered for exceptional circumstances upon request and at the school's discretion.
