The Rover, or ‘The Banish’d Cavaliers‘ follows a band of exiled Royalist officers and bon viveurs visiting Naples at Carnival Time. They become embroiled in plots and escapades, encountering love, passion, trickery and deception, always with wit and a dashing sense of style..

Lenin’s Embalmers by Vern Thiessen
Directed by Emma Lucia Hands

In the 1920’s Joseph Stalin, the Soviet leader, orders two Russian scientists to preserve the body of the revered Lenin forever. If they succeed the rewards will be considerable. If not, it’s the gulag – or worse. 

This version of the play has been specifically written for Drama Studio London and is a UK Première.

Set in the 19th century on the wind-swept moors of Yorkshire, a young farmer falls in love with a mysterious woman. She is the new tenant of Wildfell Hall, a painter with a secret, scandalous past. Their relationship will be fraught with obstacles and misunderstandings.

Trelawny of the “Wells” by Arthur Wing Pinero

Trelawny of the “Wells” tells the comic story of a star of the Victorian stage who quits her profession to marry the man of her dreams. It turns out that conservative upper-class life is not all it’s cracked up to be and Rose Trelawny soon pines for a return to her old life, only to find it’s not so easy to step back in time.
